Gelaran balap bergengsi bertajuk Indospeed Race Series (IRS) yang
diusung oleh Indospeed Motorsport Management berhasil menggelar seri
perdananya pada 21-22 April 2012.
Diselenggarakan di Sirkuit
Sentul, Bogor, Jawa Barat kejuaraan Indospeed Race Series kini sudah
memasuki seri ke-2 yang sudah diselenggarakan pada 19-21 Mei 2012.
Kejuaraan ini mempertontonkan kepiawaian para pembalap yang menggeber motor sekelas Kawasaki Ninja dan Honda CBR.
Kelas
diperlombakan dalam Indospeed Race Series 2012 seri 2 ini masih sama
dengan seri 1 lalu. Diantaranya kelas Supersport 600cc, FDR KYT Rookies
Cup 110cc&125cc, FDR KYT Rookies Cup PREMIUM 110cc&125cc, OMR
Ninja 250cc, OMR Ninja 150cc, OMR CBR 250cc, Kejurnas 250cc, Superbike,
Junior Superbike.
